Planting Violces Indoors (Indoor).

 

Growing Violces can be done in small pots, simple, and not difficult.

Violces are also known as African Violets. This plant is ideal for use as an indoor ornamental plant because of its beauty and easy maintenance. This flower blooms in many color variations, ranging from navy blue, pink, sky blue, purple, and a combination of these colors. Some variations also have tufted flowers with double petals. This flower is very beautiful when planted in a hanging basket pot. Where in one basket is filled with several variations of colorful flowers. Want to know how to plant it? Very easy. You can follow the steps below:

Step 1

Select violces flower seeds at your local seed shop. Choose and determine the type of flower color you want to plant or maybe you want to plant a variety of colors. Violces can be planted using the leaves. So prepare the leaves that are still fresh, complete with the fleshy stems.

The fresh vioces leaves can be directly used to multiply your violces plants.

Step 2

Determine a place in your house that can be exposed to sunlight so that violces flowers can grow well even indoors. Although basically violces flowers are rather sensitive to direct sunlight, make sure that your violces flowers can still get enough nutrients from the natural light of the sun every day. Violces love moderate sunlight, so you can place them near a ventilated window, near a glass door, or on your patio. Excessive heat from the sun will burn the plant and die.

Your indoor Violces plant can be placed on the side of a transparent glass window. So, the flowers will not wither.

Step 3
Do watering carefully. A good watering method for this flower is to place the pot on a layer of a small saucer that has been filled with water to a size of 1 inch. This aims to maintain soil moisture around the plant.

Place the pot on a small plate for 30 minutes. Allow the water to be absorbed by the plant roots. Discard the excess water and if you want to water directly, try not to let the leaves come into contact with water, otherwise the leaves will become damp and rot.

Step 4

Provide nutritional intake of violces flowers with fertilizer. Fertilizer is given once a week, depending on the condition and size of the plant. Do not overdo it, because it will damage and actually destroy the plant.

Giving fertilizer to violces will stimulate plant growth faster and more fertile.

Step 5

Get rid of the presence of weeds around the plants, because these weeds can steal the nutrients that violces flowers need.

Step 6

Do the hassle. There are some plants that need to be replanted in order to restore fresh soil, nutrients as well as new nutrients for plant needs. For violces flowers that are already large, at least the 'trouble' method is carried out twice a year. And once every 3-4 months for small sized violces.
